My Background and Skills
I'm a Berlin-born, -raised and -based freelance content writer, proofreader and translator. I specialize in creating, editing and localizing high-quality SEO content such as corporate blogs, landing pages, guides and product descriptions, as well as newsletters, paid ads and social media. I work for a variety of clients, from widely acclaimed content marketing agencies to start-ups, SMEs and large companies.
I have a B.A. in European Studies and an M.Sc. in Management, Change and Consultancy from Maastricht University. Next to my regular curriculum, I completed courses in Entrepreneurship and International Management and was part of the MARBLE excellence programme with a top-rated research project on EU eco-labels. An extended version of my master’s thesis on online community managers, co-authored with Ad van Iterson, was published in The Social Organisation of Marketing (Palgrave Macmillan).
After graduation, I turned my passion for research and writing into a career. Since 2013, I’ve created, edited and translated content for websites, print and social media. From medical brochures and press releases, over social media posts about mindfulness to B2B and B2C blog articles on interior design, food and finance – I have covered a wide range of topics and writing styles.
